Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

  • Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at support@anyden.com

  • You can track the status of your orders in your Anyden account. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

  • Anyden is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all U.S. states. Domestic ground shipping is free for orders over $75 and the item(s) being ordered all must be able to ship via traditional ground shipping for this promotion to apply. Orders over $75 that do not ship via domestic ground shipping (expedited orders, large parcel items, medium parcel items, freight delivery, and items that ship from outside of the United States) may include a small fee.

Returns

  • We offer free returns on applicable orders. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned pieces must be undamaged and unused, with all tags attached with its original packaging.

  • To process a return please email Anyden’s customer service, support@anyden.com, to process the return. They will send you a shipping label for your return to send back to the vendor. Please do not reach out directly to the vendor, they will not be able to process the return and will ask you to reach out to us.

  • Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your bank or payment method. Please note: Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Anyden accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and JCB. We also offer accelerated checkout methods: Paypal Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay (Safari only), Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay.

  • Your credit card is charged within 24 hours of your order going through.

Account & General

  • No, you can choose to checkout as a guest, however, you need an account to apply any referral bonuses or offers to your order.

  • Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

  • If you have an issue with a product after purchasing on our website, please contact an Anyden representative at support@anyden.com.

    If however your question is directly related to the brand itself, it may be better to contact their own Customer Experience. Our representatives are available to help determine the best, quickest solution to your questions, and are always happy to guide you.
